Bowers & Wilkins (B&W) DM4 Speakers

These classic English B&W DM4 large bookshelf speakers from
the mid 70s use the same tweeter (Celestion HF1300 MkII) and
super-tweeter (Coles 4001) as the famous Spendor BC1, and
sound just as good except have better bass reproduction due
to better cabinet damping. Theres the odd mark and veneer
repair here and there but quite respectable and presentable.
Yes, the Coles are definitely working. Though not terribly
efficient (approx 86db/1/1), still work nicely with 10w
valve to 50W ss. Plenty of info on the net. Reason for
selling is I have a later pair with the bextrene woofers and
admit to buying these just for the badges!
