KEF Concerto (KEFKIT 3)

Recently refurbished concertos, stripped, stained and waxed (may need more coats), all crossover caps replaced, pots cleaned and lubed, quality gold monster banana terminals installed (and sealed), new gaskets made for B110's and T27's. The drivers are all very decent and even all check out with no more than .4 of an ohm delta between each pair! (both speakers have an identical DCR of 8.2 ohms). No coil rubbing or centering issues, no bextrene cone, or neoprene rubber issues. All drivers have been reinstalled rotated, and there's no 'what was that' noises.. Yes, they sound damn fine, like 104's on steroids. Grills while not jet black are much blacker than appear in photos. Cabinets also appear different in hues in some photos, but they match well with a lovely real wood mahogany grain veneer. A few corners and edges have some veneer loss or dings and the grills a few pulls etc, not perfect but pretty damn tidy all the same. $50.
